Urban Optiks currently accepts the two major vision insurance plans: VSP and EyeMed.

We do not accept Medicare, Medi-Cal, Davis, Spectera, United Healthcare or Tricare insurance, as we are not in-network providers.

If you are unsure of your vision insurance coverage, please check with your major medical insurance provider, as many offer benefits through VSP or EyeMed.
