We understand the excitement of receiving your eyewear order! Unfortunately, we currently do not have the ability for you to check your order status online.

Our normal turnaround time for glasses is approximately 14 business days, while contact lens orders typically take 5-7 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your order arrives.

If your order was placed more than 2 weeks ago and you have not yet received an update, please provide the following information, and a staff member will follow up with you as soon as possible.
