Terms of Purchase

The FDA has strict governance over the sale and distribution of medical eyewear devices and prohibits the resale of any eyewear previously filled or purchased. Due to these restrictions and the custom nature of our prescription products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Management reserves the right to determine the appropriate course of action for all changes, cancellations, and exchanges.


Change/Cancellation Policy


Changes or cancellations of eyewear orders within 24 hours of purchase may be made without penalty. Any changes or cancellations made after 24 hours will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be calculated based on the full retail price of the product. To be eligible for a return, the products must be in new condition. Damaged frames are not eligible for return.


Contact Lens Exchange Policy


Unopened, unmarked, and unexpired boxes of contact lenses may be exchanged for a replacement product or store credit within six (6) months of purchase. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged, calculated based on the full retail price of the product.


Progressive Lenses Adaptation Warranty


When purchasing progressive lenses, please be aware that a thirty (30) day adaptation period is provided to allow for adjustment to the lens design. Our optical staff is highly skilled at troubleshooting progressive fit issues and will work to resolve any issues.


If you are unable to adapt to the specific design of the lenses, we offer a one-time lens refit at no additional cost. The refit will involve replacing the lenses with an alternative option of equal or lesser value. If there is a price difference between the original lenses and the new selection, a refund for the price difference will be issued to the original form of payment.


Prescription Adaptation Warranty


If a change of prescription is deemed necessary by the doctor within 60 days of an eye exam used for placing an order for eyewear or contact lenses, we offer a one-time lens replacement. This replacement will be provided at no additional cost and will match the original purchase in terms of frame and lens specifications. Alternatively, for contact lens orders, an exchange of equal or lesser value can be arranged.


Please note that examination fees and copays are non-refundable once services have been rendered.


Frame & Lens Warranty


All non-sale frames come with a 2-year warranty which covers any manufacturer defects. The warranty does not extend to frames that have been damaged due to abuse or neglect.


All lenses ordered with premium anti-reflective coating come with a 2-year replacement warranty against any manufacturer defects as well as scratches.


Lost eyewear is not eligible for coverage under any warranty.
